• If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve them.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration fees, materials fees, and administrative charges are generally non-refundable.
• Discounts, promotional offers, and customized coaching services are also non-refundable.
