Refund and Cancellation

At UX Display Institute Canada, we aim to provide the best learning experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy to understand how we handle cancellations and refunds for our courses and programs.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Course Enrollment

  • You can cancel your course registration within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you haven’t accessed the course materials or attended any sessions.
  • If you have accessed the course materials, attended a session, or the cancellation request is made after 7 days, no refund will be provided.

b. Workshops and Events

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

2. Refund Policy

a. When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The course, workshop, or event is canceled by UX Display Institute Canada.
  • You experience technical issues that prevent access to the course, and we cannot resolve them.

b. Non-Refundable Items

  • Administrative fees, registration fees, and charges for personalized services are non-refundable.
  • Discounts, promotional offers, and customized coaching services are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process

4. Transfer Policy

  • If you are unable to complete a course, you may transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are not available for failure to complete a course due to personal circumstances unless there are exceptional cases.
  • Refunds are not offered for courses purchased on discount or as part of promotional offers.
