1. Cancelling Your Enrollment

• You can cancel your course enrollment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven’t accessed any course materials or attended any classes.
• If you have accessed course materials or attended any classes, we cannot provide a refund.

b. Workshops and Events

• If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop or event, you can do so at least 72 hours before the start time to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event start time are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• If UX Display Institute Australia cancels a course, workshop, or event.
• If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve them.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration fees, materials fees, and administrative charges are generally non-refundable.
• Discounts, promotional offers, and customized coaching services are also non-refundable.
